2. Room Rental & Package Form

   The multi-purpose room at the Lehnis Railroad Museum is available for renting Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.  There is a 5.5- hour maximum for room rental. 

   Room Rental:

   Does not include museum admission or mini train rides. Minimum of 2 hours. Maximum 50 people.

   Party Package:

   Your choice of Thursday - Saturday, minimum 3 hours, between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm. Includes Museum Admission and 1 Mini Train Ride for up to 50 people.

   Renters should note that the time scheduled for room rental includes both setup and breakdown. Please plan to vacate the room by the end of your scheduled time to avoid $25 for each additional hour beyond rental agreement.

   Food and drink are allowed in the multi-purpose room only. Please do not take food and drink into the gallery. 

   Please Note: Room rental is only confirmed once deposit (1/2 of full payment) is received. Remaining amount due prior to event. Credit card, checks, or cash accepted. Staff will contact you directly to arrange payment. Deposit is non-refundable.

15. Room Setup

    Room is set with 6' rectangular tables in a classroom style layout with chairs. You are free to move the tables and chairs around as needed for your event, but the room will need to be left in the same layout as when you arrived.
