Brownwood City Hall, Landfill, Recycling Center, and other non-emergency facilities will close on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th.
Regular operating hours will resume Saturday, November 30th for the Landfill and Recycling Center and Monday, December 2nd for all other non-emergency facilities.
Brownwood curbside trash routes for the week will be collected as follows:
- Monday and Tuesday’s routes will be collected on a regular schedule.
- Thursday’s routes will be collected on Wednesday, November 27th.
- Friday’s routes will be collected on Saturday, November 30th.

Emergency services are available for water line breaks and sewer backups 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 325-646-6000. Questions concerning the Landfill can be addressed by calling 325-646-6574. Questions concerning the Recycling center can be addressed by calling 325-641-8832.
